General care
- Wash all parts with warm water and soap before first use. Rinse all parts thoroughly and let them dry.
- The contents should not be left in the container for more than 24 hours. Wash all parts with warm water and soap as soon as possible after each use. Rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water. Allow the parts to dry completely before next use or storage.
- DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads as they may damage the surface.
- DO NOT use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine on any part of the product.
- This product is dishwasher safe on the top rack. However, hand washing is recommended because dishwashers use stronger detergents and hotter water that can affect the product's appearance.
- Residue can become trapped between parts, under gaskets (flexible band around the lid and/or stopper) or in straws. Even though this product is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to ensure these parts of the product are cleaned thoroughly.
- For maximum thermal efficiency, preheat or precool the product immediately before use. Fill with hot/cold tap water, put the lid on, let stand for 5 to 10 minutes and pour out the water. Cover the container with the lid again to increase thermal efficiency after filling with contents. Never use a microwave, conventional oven or any other heat source for this purpose.

- Do NOT drink directly from the thermos.
- Do NOT use the product in a microwave, on the stove, or in any kind of oven.
- NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE BY CHILDREN: Keep out of reach of children, especially if the product contains hot contents that may burn or scald the user.
- Always test the temperature of the contents before consumption.
- Do NOT overfill the thermos: Leave space at the top of the thermos for the screw cap to avoid overfilling. Hot contents can burn or scald the user if overfilled.
- Regularly check that any gaskets (flexible band around the lid and/or the stopper) are present and correctly positioned to prevent contents from passing when the lid is closed. Missing, worn or misaligned gaskets can cause leakage of the product. Leakage of hot contents can then burn or scald the user.
- In general, contents should not be left in the container for more than 24 hours. However, the rate at which contents spoil depends on several factors. Some foods, such as dairy products and/or tomatoes, may begin to spoil sooner. Use caution when using the product with contents that spoil quickly.
- If the contents are left in the container for more than 24 hours, or if you suspect they are spoiled, be careful when opening the container. Spoiled contents can cause a pressure build-up inside the container, which may cause the cap and/or contents to be ejected forcefully. In such a case MAKE SURE THAT THE OPENING IS DIRECTED AWAY FROM THE USER OR OTHER PERSONS TO AVOID INJURY.
- DO NOT use tools or devices to open the thermos.
- If you cannot open the container by hand, do not attempt to open it; dispose of it through your local waste management.
- DO NOT use to store carbonated beverages or dry ice. This can cause the lid/stopper and contents to be ejected forcefully or leak.
