Private Label

Why Askeroth?

Deep material and product knowledge:
Several decades of work with steel thermoses, water bottles and mugs allow us to assess which designs, material combinations and surface treatments actually last - whether they are intended for everyday use or are intended to withstand a harsher climate.

Close work with the factories:
We work directly with our selected factories and are regularly on site in production. This means shorter paths between idea, prototype and series production and better control over what actually happens when we make changes to welds, materials or type of paint.

Quality, testing and documentation:
Design and material selection go hand in hand with testing and documentation. We ensure that products meet relevant requirements for food contact, chemical legislation and safety, and produce the documentation that purchasing, sustainability departments and authorities need.

Sustainability in practice:
For us, sustainability work starts with design and lifespan. From there, we work on materials, production and social audits, ensuring traceability and transparency throughout the chain. So that your own brand can stand behind the product even when the questions get detailed.

How a private label project works

1. Need, use and design
Together we define what the product should be able to do, what type of user it should have and in what environment it should be used. We listen to requests for color and shape and specify requirements for materials, durability and other conditions. We often start with an existing thermos, water bottle or coffee mug in the range that is adapted to your needs.

2. Suggested solution
Based on what we have found, we develop one or more proposals. Most often, we start from the existing range and adapt the color, finish, labeling and packaging to you. Typical starting volumes are around 2,000–3,000 products depending on the model. For larger volumes, we can also develop a solution with our own design.

3. Sample for approval
Once the design and requirements are set, we produce samples for approval. Here we often work in parallel with planning production, testing and the documentation needed for your internal requirements.

4. Production and follow-up
Once the sample is approved, production begins. We ensure quality and make sure everything runs smoothly during the manufacturing process. As an importer, we take full responsibility for testing, documentation and legal requirements. In other words, you don't have to deal with factory contacts, customs issues and regulations.
