How do I view stock balances?

Log in to your own reseller account and you will see stock balances for each product.

Which printing method should I choose?

Pad printing – is our most common print on mugs and is suitable for office environments. We recommend pad printing when the PMS color is important. Can withstand approximately 150 machine washes (not industrial dishwasher safe).

Transfer – suitable when the motif is larger or when you want to use more colors without being locked into a small printing area. Withstands all
types of dishwasher (print lasts forever), more difficult to get exact PMS colors (always send photo samples before production).

How do I submit my logo or design?

The logo/design needs to be vectorized for tampo, screen, engraving and transfer. Format: PDF, EPS, AI, etc. For CMYK or digital printing, the logo does not need to be vectorized.

Is there a minimum quantity for print orders?

Printing and start-up cost needs to exceed 500 SEK, anything below will be raised up to 500 SEK.

How do I place an order?

Click on log in in the right corner. (Note if you are a new customer, click on log in, select new user and fill out the form)
Then you choose your item, the printing method you want, and upload the logo when you are in the shopping cart. Please check that the delivery address, name, phone number, email to the recipient (will not be sent to a post office box)

What do I do if I want to return an item?

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is made against invoice within 20 days to BG.

For Norwegian customers, payment is made against invoice 20 days later.
Norwegian bank account.

How do I get information about my delivery?

Delivery information is sent via email when the shipment is booked.

What happens if my product is faulty/damaged?

How long is the delivery time?

Tampo, screen, engraving and digital printing have a delivery time of approximately 10–12 working days after approved proofing.

Transfer has a delivery time of approximately 4–5 weeks after approved proofreading.
